That's the amount of miles I drove today. From Salt Lake (at 6am) to St. George and back (6pm). I have a kid on my caseload in a program in St George, along with a coworker of mine, so we make the trip every 3rd month. That makes a LONG day. So, this is all I'm posting.
I have made the trip all too many times in my career (back in the 55 MPH days it was much more grueling!
